Refund policy

You are entitled to cancel your Subscription, without giving any reason for doing so. You must cancel prior to new due date of previous subscription.

The deadline for canceling your subscription for full refund, is 30min from the date you received your service. To receive full refund must be within 30min of subscription purchase for that month.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 min from the day you purchase your subscription. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

• The subscription was purchased in the last 30 min

We reserve the right to refuse returns of full refund if the subscription is not canceled in the first 30min that it was purchased.
